She’s got the blonde bombshell looks, the killer body, the recent marriage to singer/songwriter Josh Kelley, the hit role as Isabelle “Izzie” Stevens on Grey’s Anatomy that won her an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2007, she was ranked one of “The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2007” by Barbara Walters and most recently, she was ranked the top woman of the year according to, well, the male species.
Askmen.com ranked Katherine No. 1 for its 2008 edition of “Top 99 Women.” She preceded Victoria’s Secret models Adriana Lima (No. 10) and Alessandra Ambrosio (No. 2), and actresses Jessica Biel (No. 7), Scarlett Johansson (No. 6) and Eva Mendes (No. 4) to name a few.

Aside from her presence on the set of Grey’s Anatomy, Heigl has starred in hit box office movies such as Knocked Up (2007) and the recent 27 Dresses (2008). She was ranked an editors rating of 80 and a readers rating of 70, but won first place with an overall score of 89.3. According to askmen.com “No one belongs at the top of 2008’s Top 99 more than Katherine Heigl.”
I believe that I am not alone when I say that this Grey’s Anatomy star has nothing but success coming in the future. Once the writers of the WGA get their pens in motion again, we can all watch out for her continued breath-taking presence in Seattle Grace Hospital.
